Abraham Saliva

Be careful, you will salivate for this beer once you’ve tried it! 😉 The idea was to brew something similar like the “Chicha Beer”, which is a traditional fermented beverage in South America, derived from maize. Now it’s a quaffable sparkling beer with sensual tastes of pineapple, cloves and passion fruit. To that effect: Hops from “Down Under”. They have it.

Black HazeThe Black Haze

The new flagship of our brewery. It has a fresh and smooth taste with decent coffee and chocolate aroma. A creamy froth and a mild finish make this beer so lovely, also for beer drinkers who actually don’t prefer this kind of beer style.

IBU: 27
Malt: Pilsner, Crystal malt, Roasted barley, Barley flakes, Oatmeal
Hops: East Kent Goldings, Northern Brewer
Best Food Matching: Mousse au Chocolat, Gorgonzola, Gammon

Giant Dolphin

This beer is bitter, very bitter. Never say we did not warn you!
Thanks to a variety of American hops, this series does unfold a lot of grapefruit- and mandarin flavors in the nose as well as when drinking. The smoked malt makes the finish resinous and then… Zonk!!
The early goal: more fruity, more powerful, more smoky!

IBU: 58
Malt: Pale Ale, Smoked malt, Carapils
